Subjective Values Foundation

Subjective Values Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded in 2002, aims to tackle racism and discrimination by supporting an ongoing dialogue between cultures. Moreover, the foundation pursues to create a sustainable society, to promote the European ideals in Hungary and to provide a platform for young individuals to identify and transfer those values and ideas that play an important role in their life.

National University of Public Service

The National University of Public Service (NUPS) started its operation as the newest university of Hungary on January 1 2012. Within the mission of the University, a major role is designated to national commitment, to developing sensitivity to public welfare and to the ethos of public service. The Faculty of Law Enforcement meets all the criteria of the Bologna Process: since 2006 it has provided Bachelor’s, since 2008 Master’s Degrees and PhD program is also available from September 2016.

All members of the Hungarian team – Prof. Dr. Andrea Kozáry (project leader of several EU projects), Tamás Dombos (member of Working Group Against Hate Crimes NGO coalition) and Nikolett Nagy (PhD student of the Faculty of Law Enforcement) – are experts on hate crimes.

University of Cyprus is one of the Pioneer Research Institution achieving International Scientific Recognition in European Higher Education in Cyprus. The main objectives of the University are twofold: the promotion of scholarship and education through teaching and research, and the enhancement of the cultural, social and economic development of Cyprus. Several departments have been contributing to Social justice though seminars, training and EU or national research programs. The UCY team Assoc. Prof Fabienne Baider (Discourse analysis), Dr Andreas Chatzitoffis (Psychiatry) and Dr Dora Georgiou (Psychology) are all experts in hate speech or / and crime.
