The “Stop Hate Damages” certificate is a membership seal that seeks recognition for those health institutions that show their commitment and specific awareness in the protection of victims of hate crimes.
This seal serves to encourage health institutions to expand their procedures, to train their professionals and to recognize the specific difficulties and problems that victims of hate crimes face when they reach the health system.
It also helps victims know that the institution is a proactive place in their care, protection and support.
In order for the institution to receive the seal of quality and the added social recognition, we propose that the person or persons responsible take the following actions as indicated.
